Returns and Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new, unworn items can be returned within 100 days of delivery. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are only able to offer refunds on orders that have not yet been processed or customized. Once customization has begun, we are unable to offer a refund. However, if you are not satisfied with your custom item, we are willing to remake a pendant to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please contact us at support@thegoodestboys.com with your order number and details, and we’ll work with you on a solution.
Exchanges
For personalized items that have already been shipped, we offer exchanges under certain circumstances. Please contact us at support@thegoodestboys.com to discuss any issues with your order. We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis and will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
To qualify for an exchange, your reason must meet our exchange eligibility criteria. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Once your cancellation or refund request is received, we will review it and notify you by email if it has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company; some refunds take time to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Please note that depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
